Which DHA/EPA Omega 3 are you taking?

I have a bottle of Barlean's DHA/EPA and I like them a lot, but they $$$ and I have to take 3 a day... At that rate I'll be spending a ton of $ on these puppies. Love to hear some suggestions and no fish burps please

I am taking naturemade gummy (I believe it is naturemade), it wasn't that expensive. It says to take two a day (which equates to 150mg). I have been taking four a day though.

i take 4 a day also, of nordic naturals omega 3.

they are expensive too but i get them on vitacost or amazon with free shipping and it is cheaper than my local health food store.

nope, nothing at all! this brand was recommended to me by my midwives last pregnancy in '06 and ive been using it ever since.

I have a generic plant-based one that I get from Target. It is the Up&Up brand. I have been really pleased with it. It is around $8 for 30 pills and I take one a day (which is what instructions say, I believe).

I wouldn't skimp on the DHA. It's really important, and chemically-extracted sources are simply not as effective. I take and took during pregnancy Green Pastures Fermented Cod liver oil. I wish I had bitten the bullet and taken more.

I've been taking that too. Mine is in capsule form, but I still find the taste to be horrible. Do you have that problem, or is it just my over active gag reflex?

I've been taking Norwegian Gold Critical Omegas, two per day. Took them last pregnancy and this pregnancy so far. I've been very pleased with them.

I actually take the cod liver oil cinnamon liquid straight, then I chase it with milk or cream. I don't think it tastes terrible..just not my favorite.
