He hasn't had a fever at all. It's on his arms & legs mainly. He is getting over the tiniest of colds (baby brother & I had it worse) so I think it's viral but idk. It isn't as red today... When he took a warm bath yesterday and it made it much more red. ?? I'm at a loss...he's supposed to start preschool Friday. Obviously I won't take him in its still there.
Oh- he's also not really itching it.

Looks viral to me. My kids have gotten this with colds.
