Re: Prefold to Mama Cloth Tutorial (pic heavy)

Just wondering if anyone has tried this with 'real' prefolds? I tried it and just kept breaking needles at the thick part. Wondering if anyone has successfully done it and can help me!?

Great idea! Thank you so much for sharing. I have quite a few old and beat up prefolds and this is a much better option for them rather than FFS them or selling them where I make little to no profit after shipping. They still have life in them and making them into momma cloth is a great way to salvage them.

I know that when I'm working on something that has several layers I HAVE to have a new, sharp needle for it or it'll keep breaking them.

I've heard of some people using GMD's for mama cloth...
