So I weighed myself this morning and thought "Darn, I'm up 0.2 lbs. What a sucky weigh in for a Friday."

Then I had some coffee and realized it's Thursday Whew!

I'm going to make an effort to eat well today especially, drink water, and move around more. I don't necessarily need a significant loss, I just don't want to be up on the scale. I am SO close to the 180's!!!!

I am not ready for Fridays weigh in...LOL! I better start drinking my water now!

I woke up 1.5lbs down from my weekend gain....just in time for another weekend. Ugh. I CANT be bad this weekend. I am chugging water today and hopefully I will be back to 202 tomorrow am, then I can start working on an actual loss again.
