I'm 161.2 this morning so only a .2 lb loss this week. Didn't meet my goal of hitting the 150's for this week, but I'm not sure why. I ate perfect, absolutely no cheats and I've worked out every day doing JM's 90 day body revolution. I'm hoping it's just my muscles hanging onto water to recover and I'll see a big drop this week coming up.

I am up about 1/2 lb. Not suprised cause AF is (STILL) pending and I made these wonderful pb/oatmeal/chocolate chip cookies and ate way too many.
Hopefully af will show soon if my cycle is thrown off too much af might show next time around while we are on our anniversary trip. I don't even want to entertain the idea that i could be pg DH and I both feel done.

I hope AF shows up soon for you I just spent the AM with 2 1st time preggo mommas and did not once crave to be in their place.

I posted a loss. I'm back down to 223.7. I was 221 at the beginning of the week but due to a late AF I'm bloated today. I even show an inch gain only in my waist (at the widest spot) and my bust. She better get here and quick. I need to lose this for good!!

Im back to my pregain of 202. Im going to be good this weekend and next week...I want to see 200 even this time next week!

I have signed up for another 5k! I am feeling good...hoping to be at 155 by next week. I want to be at my goal by the time my son turns 2. (May 5)

So excited to join and be part of a great group!

Hi Ladies

I weighed yesterday, and am currently 165.5 (so, no change from the weight posted), but AF also showed up yesterday, so I'm hoping my weight is really a pound or 2 lower. Eating pretty healthy (no sweets besides the creamer in my coffee), so hoping to be down 5 lbs. by the end of this month.

Yea! I'm doing my first 5K since training again in 2 weeks. Very excited. Good luck with your goal.

AFM: I am down a pound this week. Happy to report this considering I raised my calories from 1330 to 1700....I think I was just not eating enough before...the scale is moving again and I get to eat more!!!!
