Re: The Beginning of Something

I had mentally decided to reschedule updates for Saturday nights, since Friday nights look to be full of homework time for Saturday classes, but this last Saturday I got steamrolled with whatever hit DS and XFIL and I have been out of commission... like passed out on the couch sweating and shaking out of commission

I will update when I can as I'm still feeling pretty awful.

Re: The Beginning of Something

This last week has been absolutely amazing for many reasons. Being happy goes a LONG way to helping you get your mind in the right place to lose weight and be healthier

I haven't been tracking my food or exercising because I've been so busy, but I've been avoiding fast foods and snacks, drinking more water, and working on just being happy with life.

I'll do a video update as soon as I can.

Re: The Beginning of Something

New update is up.

I've lost over 13 pounds since the end of December. It should be more, but the fact of the matter is, I just cannot dedicate a huge amount of time to weight loss with my schedule. Work, school, life, homework... it all takes time.

My goal is to try to have loss, even small loss, until I finish this semester and then really buckle down with the exercise starting June. If I can keep up minimal loss during the semester, I should be light enough to exercise a little more strenuously without hurting myself Right now I am too heavy for anything more ambitious than cycling, walking, and swimming (which I can't do because it's cold).

Time to get back at it. I went into a pathetic version of survival mode during school, and keeping this updated was low on the totem pole. I have the whole summer to get into a groove, so here we go... new video and weigh in tomorrow
