Subbing. Typed out a huge post that got lost in transit and can't remember it had a bad eating week, forgot to weigh today, will weigh tomorrow. Starting a new diet tomorrow. Not looking forward to it. At all.

How come every time I get great motivation to start something new, I injure something???
Yesterday I jacked up my tailbone and its killing me today! Doc didn't give any advice! Still managed to jump in the treadmill!

I am suprisingly down 2 lbs of my 3 lb gain!!! That is after all the chocolate, pickles, and 2 large helpings of Shepards pie last night.

My 4 yr old is nutty this AM. He did not go to sleep till 4 AM and got up at 8. He is still tired and fitting. I wish he would nap or go back to bed. It will be a long day.

Ouch! Feel better! And way to go to get on the treadmill!

I seem to find a new ache or pain when I am loosing weight because everything seems to be shifting. Hang tough!
