if it helps at all, I drink about a gallon a day and I still take drinks throughout the night from my water bottle. I don't think some water is at all abnormal.

I mean, I also have to pee in the middle of the night, so if soaking the sheets is going to be a problem, then a better solution may be needed.

but, when I wake up, I'm thirsty!
