Yesterday I ran 3.28 miles and today I ran 3.27 miles. I will be taking it easy the next few days in preparation for my first half marathon this Sunday.

Tomorrow will be a complete rest day because I am going to the Arnold Sports Festival. I am hoping I get to meet Dana Linn Bailey and Ava Cowan.

I hope your race goes well!!!!

I hurt my knee, so I haven't run since Wednesday. It kills me at night.

Thank you! The race went really well. I finished with a time of 1:55:59 (hours:minutes:seconds). The course was very challenging and consisted of 19 hills and over 1,000 feet of elevation climb, so I am very pleased with my results. Then to top it off, it was only 20ish degrees out and snowing. It was definitely an adventure.

Thanks! I am quite proud of myself.

Yesterday, I did a chest and tricep workout.

I was suppose to run today but my legs are still beat up from the half. So I took a rest day and took my boys swimming at the ymca.
