Re: TGIF Basic Mamas!

Gah. Snaps can be evil. I swear if Ian didn't hardly keep his pants up since he's so skinny, he would only wear elastic until he was 7.

Got the kids settled into a floor picnic eating quesadillas and apple slices, watching "the Rescuers". Shooed, I mean politely sent away neighborgirl because I barely had enough tortillas for my crew, and she would not be content to sit and watch a 40YO cartoon anyway. I think I am beginning to understand they think of weekends as decompression time, not socializing time.

Re: TGIF Basic Mamas!

Yay for break! Ours is the first week of April.

I just figured out why the kids like 70's movies/cartoons on DVD. Besides not being as overstimulating as recent ones, because they have clips of all the ancient cartoons in the bonus features. Like cartoons older than my mom, LOL.

When I say 4 days, it's Good Friday, then the weekend, and Easter Monday. It will happen right after my second evaluation, so I hope to really be able to relax and decompress!
