Thanks for the insight. Our biggest issues are while we are traveling to our destinations. I am glad to hear Holiday Inn and other chains have reasonable options. I really don't want to lie to get a room. I tend to book online, and will have to start calling as this is already an issue with 5.

5 really shouldn't be that hard. It's just a Queen/Queen room with a rollaway bed or pack 'n play. Many hotels allow that. ( I don't have 3 kids but do work in hotels)

Homewood Suites/Embassy Suites are especially good for families though since you can get 2 queen + sofa bed and kitchen. It's so nice having a living room so you don't have to sit in darkness once the kids go to bed! DH and I used to sit in the hallway to have a conversation!
