Re: How long does your LO sleep?
DD is 6mos.
She sleeps from about 8:30/9p to 6a when I wake her up with no night wakings. She's always been a good night sleeper and started STTN at 2 months for 6-7 hours. We've even had a few nights during which she slept for 11 hours. We don't co-sleep and don't have a monitor - her room connects to ours and doesn't have a door. I think this has helped so we don't wake at every little noise, but we can hear her when she does wake up. She's never been a good napper. And I think she's dropping a nap now down to three. Most of her naps are about 40 minutes, sometimes we get a random 2 hour nap in.

DS is 5 months. He sleeps from around 830/9pm-3am, when he wakes up to nurse. Then he sleeps until 8am or so. He takes a small cat nap in the morning and a longer nap after lunch. Sometimes there may be a cat nap after dinner.
We co-sleep.

Re: How long does your LO sleep?
I do cosleep, sometimes I have DD in the rock and play sleeper next to the bed. My daughter is 2 months. She goes to bed at around 8p and wakes around 3 a.m. to nurse and then will sleep until 7 a.m. or so. She doesn't nap good unfortunately, lots of cat naps throughout the day for 15-30 minutes. Occasionally I'll get lucky and she'll do a 2 hour nap.

Ds1 is 3 he goes to bed at 8 wakes up between 7-8. Sleeps on a pallet next to our bed. He doesn't nap regularly but I have him lay down and rest (he just stays awake) for an hour every day. Ds2 is 1 month.. goes down between 7-8 and will sleep 4-5 hours then wake to eat go back to sleep for 2-3 hours and wake to eat. Repeat. He usually stays awake anytime after 6 if he eats then. He is in a cosleeper but if he wakes up too close to 6 I put him next to me in bed and hope for a little more sleep. He naps on and off throughout the day no schedule but won't sleep unless he's being held or riding in the car.

Re: How long does your LO sleep?
My newest little sleeps every 90 minutes or so for at least 30 minutes to an hour during the day. Sometimes longer if he is in his swing or we are out running errands. During the night he sleeps for about 2-3 hours at a time. He is 5 weeks old
. We are co-sleeping (but I am slowly trying to sneak him into his bassinet).

Lo is 3 months old. He sleeps 11pm to 7am. I change his diaper then and nurse him... He would fall back to sleep till 11am. I don't co sleep coz he keeps waking me up or I keep waking him up lol. Lo sleeps a stretch of 7 to 9+ hours at a time at night in his bed.
I did cosleep with my lo for the first 2 months.... It was a never ending breastfeeding marathon lol. Last edited by kittenbaby77; 03-06-2013 at 10:34 PM. |

Re: How long does your LO sleep?
My son is 10 weeks, we don't cosleep, he cat naps (20-30 mins) after every feeding (every 2-3 hours) during the day, and at night he sleeps for 6-8 hours, up for a feeding, and then back to sleep for another 2-3 hours.
