Re: when to start pumping??
Thanks for all the feedback!!
Does this sound like a good plan??
1. Start pumping at 2 weeks old...ideally start with pumping one side while baby eats on the other side.
2. Introduce a bottle at 3-4 weeks old starting with one bottle a day to give him time to adjust.
3. By six weeks old, hope that he is willing to take a bottle through the night while I am at work.
Will working at night affect when I pump?? I work 3 12 hour night shifts a week. My employer has an excellent pumping policy, so I will be able to pump at work if I need to.
Full time wife (10/2005), Full time mom (N - 6/2013)
Full time student (RN School), Full time hospice worker (night shift)
Yep, I'm exhausted!!! (and need more coffee!!)
