Are the Apologia notebooks written in pencil, so that they can be erased? thanks.

The Notebooking Journal (older kids level) is written in up to the first 2 pages of lesson 3, all in pencil except for 2 pages that are colored pencil, 1 that was a coloring page, and 2 little crafts that are glued in (there is 1 per chapter usually).

The Junior NOtebooking Journals.. they have more coloring pages per chapter than the older book. But it is similar ..their are a few pages colored, and then more of a mix of colored pencil and regular pencil. Only up to the very beginning of lesson 3 though.

Hope that helps! There are 14 long lessons, tons of mini books/crafts, etc.. these are great!
