I agree - woven wrap for the earlier months. My Boba is the only carrier I found after half a dozen other ones that doesn't aggravate my scoliosis.

I use the Ergo and Moby wraps and I have had back/neck issues in the past. I don't have any problem with using either of those, though. The Bjorn is what I used with my daughter and my back was always sore! Plus it's not good for their hip development.
