cosco scenera rear-facing in honda civic?

Looking ahead to my daughter's next car seat... Has anyone put a Cosco Scenera rear-facing in a Honda Civic 4-door (2004)? My husband and I are not very tall (5'7" and 5'2"), so we don't need a ton of leg room, but I'm just wondering how well it fits. Thanks!

I've done it in a two door Honda civic. It sucked, but we had no other options at the time. I don't think you should have much problem.

Re: cosco scenera rear-facing in honda civic?

I have had mine in a Saturn Vue and another smaller car. It wasn't bad. I can't remember the other car as it was my cousin's and we were visiting her.

I also think you shouldn't have that much of an issue. It is rather compact front to back from what I remember.

Good luck

Do you only have one child? You could put it (or any seat) in the middle so it comes up between the two front seats. You'd probably have to use the seatbelt, unless you look it up and it says you can use latch if they are close enough to each other, but that's what I always do and I can fit most any seat in most any car.
