Put him in a lukewarm bath with some toys and let him play for 15 minutes or so. I would also give motrin, it lasts longer than tylenol.
I would be watching closely since he is so tired and not thirsty, get him some sugar free icepops.
I hope he feels better quickly, if the fever doesn't break tonight or comes back tomorrow, I'd take him into the dr.

His fever broke in the wee hours of the morning, and he woke me up at 5am asking for pancakes, so he's doing better today. Still has a cough, but as of right now there isn't a fever.

Oh good keep him hydrated while he's awake, even juice with water is better than nothing
