We all have our down times right?
AFM, mom's chineese food was suprisingly healthy. She used a little pam and no oil, glass noodles, sauce (fat free too) and vegis. She made spring rolls that she fried in a non stick pan with a touch of pam and not deep fat fried. This morning, I was down just below 153. All is right with the world, I didn't gain weight from my surgery after all. phew. Now I just can't wait to get back to it and see if I can loose a little more in the next month.

I'm still at 174. I'm sore after nearly every workout so I think I'm just at another muscle growth phase and I'll have to just try not to freak out about the weight loss too much. Which sorta stinks because I had really hoped to be into the 160's by april. Oh well.

Well, I'm sore, but not from working out. I'm sore from laying around all day. I'm doing really well, should be ready to go back to work on Monday. And in really good news, I am down to 152 lbs this morning. That's a lb less than when I went in. I've been eating like a horse and laying around so not sure why I'm losing weight but lets hope it's real and it sticks! I would be so happy.That would mean only 3 more lbs until I'm in the 140s!! I've been trying for that for so long!!!

And today I'm down to 151.6!! I don't know what's happening but I"m logging 152 as my weight because it's stuck for three days now! So excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've lost more weight in the last month than I did in the six prior months. So hopeful that I can see the 140s soon.
