Smart Water is really good; very smooth and a huge difference in taste

Yeah, it's going to suck. You're going to feel sick because you're drastically cutting down the amount of sugar that you're consuming. Since your body is trained to draw energy from that, it's going to protest.

But it will pass.

Re: what do you drink

Right now I'm drinking water and coffee with waaay too much sugar and creamer, as well as added vanilla almond milk. I need to wean off the creamer and sugar and just do the almond milk splash. I do crave water a lot now that I rarely drink soda, though (generally just when it's part of the fast food meal I'm paying for, lol...so healthy >_<).

A gallon of water a day, Always. Green tea, coffee, unsweeted almond milk, and the occasional sugar free redbull

You may want to try one of these infusion pitchers (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/re...p/B0023UL86A). You can try putting in sliced lemons, limes, or other fruit. Might make drinking water a little easier for you....

Minute made has a really good lemonade and pink lemonade that are only 15 calories per serving. You could also make your own tea with less sugar.

water, unsweetened teas, black coffee, coconut water, water with a Nunn tab (or Gu Brew if I'm out of Nunn daily tabs since my local tri store often runs out of my flavors).

Another idea: use glass glasses instead of plastic, or get yourself a nice glass water bottle with a silicone sleeve. It tastes better IMO

Water and coffee with coconut milk creamer and raw sugar. I am on an elemination diet and on trials of milk I have reacted so no dairy for me and I'm still off soy. I'm not a huge fan of almond milk so..... I have to have at least 1 coffee a day but other than that I have to get in a gallon of water because of my meds (they are hard on your kidneys). I can't have fake sugars because I am epileptic (I kind of wondered why they always gave me headaches) and honestly think they taste nasty anyway. I never really liked soda anyway but my meds make it taste like metal. I understand you can make yourself like it again but it isn't worth it to me.

I'm considering going dairy/soy free completely. I need your menu. Lol
