Re: Whats for dinner?

Suggestions for a reluctant cook and mom to a picky eater. My oldest is very texture sensitive and tends to stay with one set of foods for long periods of time. I have lost myself in the short order cook world because of this. Now I don't even know what to cook. Single mom of three: girl(13 the picky one), boy (10) and girl (10 months).
SUGGESTIONS!!??

This thread is pretty old and dead but I love looking at it for ideas so I'll bring it back to life

I made cheeseburger soup for dinner. Used this recipe and it was delicious!

Beef and broccoli in the crockpot with quinoa because we are out of rice. Salad on the side.

Re: Whats for dinner?

Tonight we're having pork chops over apples with roasted potatoes. You slice up a couple apples and put them in a baking dish, and cover with brown sugar and cinnamon. Then you brown the pork chops in a pan for about 5 mins total and lay them on top of the apples. Pop the whole thing in the oven for about 45 minutes and it's done. The potatoes I just slice and spice with salt, pepper, and parsley. Then drizzle on some olive oil and add some chicken stock to the pan, and stick them in the oven with the pork chops.

Leftovers. I had a frozen turkey so lady night I made a thanksgiving style dinner ,- roast turkey, deviled eggs, broccoli casserole, green bean casserole, rolls, brownie bites. Today, I don't so much as wanna look at the stove.
