Bio-oil is it really helpful?

Is Bio-oil really helpful or do you think it's hype? do you use it or recommend something else?

Re: Bio-oil is it really helpful?

The best thing I have found is to cut a potato in half and rub it on for 10 minutes then rub a lemon on for 5 to 10 minutes follow up with lotion like cocoa butter, it even gets rid of old stretch marks.
