God I have the same problem I just try to wash it with a natural soap let it air dry and put either coconut oil or vitamin E oil if I really have a bad one ill express a bit of breast milk a d it usually dries in a day!

The sulfur ointment is working wonders! Seriously, wonders!

I'm going to keep up with what I'm doing for now... Dr Bronners mild baby soap, sulfur ointment for 10 min, wash off with plain water and then apply calendula lotion.

Glad it's working for you I love my sulfur products...they're usually fairly cheap & I think they're super underrated.

I think I need to try the sulfur too. I don't like the thought of putting a ton of chemicals on my skin.

Which brand of sulfur and calendula cream did you get?
