Not sure which book it is in but I love the Mango Peach Chutney, I make it all the time to go with Indian dishes. Most times I use all mango but it is soooo good and easy.

I would love to do this, but I am moving in two weeks and just packed up all my cookbooks. Can I take a raincheck with you and do this in June, or hop on the next one?
