What do I do with my pump when I'm done with it?

As in, I've had it for about 3 years, and barely used it. It's a Medela PIS, I think, it's a double pump.

Can I sell it? Or donate it? What do I have to do to make it okay for someone else to use? Just remove the tubing?

The tubing can be bought separately, you can try to sell or donate without tubing

Re: What do I do with my pump when I'm done with it?

You should be able to find a buyer! With my first son, I borrowed a pump from a friend, and bought all new tubing, parts that come in contact with myself, etc. They are easy to find for Medela, in kind of a replacement kit type of box or separately.

With my second son, my friend was going to be moving away, and I wasn't weirded out by looking for a used one to save money since I already had personal 'parts', and I managed to find a Medela pump instyle for 100 dollars from a very nice lady in our town on Craigslist. It was about the same age as yours, and I've had great luck with it! So I'm sure you can find a buyer!

I think the company can't suggest or comment on 'reselling' because of FDA guidelines, or something like that, but people do it all the time. Some prefer new machines, some are okay with buying used. )
