AIO, cotton inner, velcro? help me find this diaper

I am looking for a OS AIO, cotton inner, with velcro. Does one exsist? We have some BGE, but DH can't get a good fit with them. I'm not too in love with them either, but can't bear to sell them. I tried a grovia AIO, but the fit is crazy on LO. I know bottombumpers makes an aplix AIO, but I was hoping to get a OS to avoid buying again. Is there anything out there?
