Re: Natural fiber insert for pockets?

Yep, I'm trying to avoid any sort of folding at all, so the Flip organics are out, but I'll look into the trainers! I'm almost thinking I'll have to make some.

Do you sew? Perhaps you could fold the Flip organics then sew them shut? I don't even know if that's possible ha...I don't sew.

Re: Natural fiber insert for pockets?

I use Joey Bunz Premium (medium) hemp insterts topped with an Alva bamboo insert for my heavy wetter. They also have these regular ones.

I was having the same problem with the MF, plus compression leaks. I ordered a few of the Joey Bunz Premiums and they should be here Thursday, I'll let you know how they work!

Re: Natural fiber insert for pockets?

I use the regular Joey Bunz inserts in my BG 4.0s. We are on the medium setting - super trim and absorbent, I've never had a leak... I will say they are a little fiddly to stuff because they are so thin... you need to make sure they are laying flat once you get the pocket on...

I also stuff with prefolds but I size down (small DR prefold with medium setting BG 4.0) It's more bulky than the JoeyBunz insert but not crazy bulky... I find this less fiddly to stuff and put on because I don't have to worry about shifting... I usually reach for a pocket stuffed with a prefold when baby is being a wiggle monster!
