Smoothies (plain yogurt, OJ, spinach, carrots, and whatever fresh and frozen fruit we have) and oatmeal. Or popcorn...it's delicious with coconut oil in place of butter.
Egg sandwiches with whatever fresh veggies I feel like slicing for the side.
Salad that I make more filling by adding meat, raw sunflower seeds, cheese, and cranberries.
