Gluten free Vegan - help!!!

I am breast feeding a gassy newborn and trying to eliminate things that might make him worse (& me gassy! I was eating chicken even though I usually don't eat meat but that is out.

Also wheat has been making me bloated & gassy as does dairy.

So now I am basically a gluten free vegan! Help what do I eat?

Quick meal ideas?
Take out?

I am hungry all the time!!!
