Re: VBAC or repeat C-section??

Thanks for all the wonderful posts! I need more repeat c-section stories.
Every day it seems I go from one side to the next.

I'll have my first visit w/my nurse practitioner three weeks from today. There I hope to find out if my first e-cs was due to my body.
I was dialated to 10 for hours and ds was op, they vacuumed and nothing. So the issue is, will I be able to deliver vaginally? It may have something to do with my pelvis. I'm 5'4" (I think that's kinda short) so maybe I have a petite bone structure. Just not sure. Also, they say your subsiquent babies are more likely to be larger than the previous one. My ds was 8.4, would a larger baby make it through?

I don't want a VBAC that turns into an e-cs. I think that a planned/scheduled cs would run a lot smoother and recovery wouldn't be so hard. I also like the fact of knowing when and where to take my 2yr old son and having things planned. I'm not spontanious. So maybe a repeat cs is right for me.

See, I teeder.

Any more scheduled repeat cs stories?
