SO Bloated!!

I feel disgusting!! Is there anything I can do?! Besides drinking a ton of water that's just going to keep me inside all day? I look like I'm 4 months already. What I can't stand is that ppl start touching my belly thinking its baby (last time- I haven told anyone yet) thinking they're gonna feel baby an it's just bloat & chub. Hah! Uugh. I can't wear my regular Ts because they cling to my belly but maternity shirts don't look great either. :/

Water and exercise didn't fix it entirely for me, but they helped a lot.

My mom always starts patting my belly at about 12 weeks, it makes me insane. It's like... Dude, that's not baby yet. It's just guts and flub.

Eat a ton of watermelon. At least it helped me... Maybe I'm a weirdo. And by a ton, I mean I was eating 1/4 to 1/2 a watermelon every day or so. Taking over the counter laxatives or exercising or drinking gallons of water or flax seed or whatever didn't do anything for me, watermelon was the only thing that worked. I've been able to lay off the excessive amounts of watermelon lately (32 weeks now), but I'm sure I'll pick it back up at least after delivery.

Pineapple juice helps with bloating, also less sodium intake.

eating hemp seed in yogurt daily helps keep things moving. Then, as far as water retention, I make my own massage oil with 4 or 5 essential oils in it (base of almond, coconut, jojoba oil) and it helps a ton. I'm 36 weeks and no fluid retention. I rub that stuff on at night if I feel even a little puffy.
Also, a drop or two of lemon or some other citrus oil in your drinking water helps remove extra fluid. This time of year is tougher as far as fluid retention. When weather gets cooler, things may get better.

Lol mama I'm right with you. Wearing a maxi or tube dress helps. Lower sodium intake, which is hard when everything makes you want to puke and lots of water, which you already know.

ETA: I'm going to try the watermelon, interesting/yummy suggestion!
