Re: Frontier or Radian?

I own both seats (actually 2 Frontiers and 3 Radians) and in your situation I would go with the Frontier- it will last you longer and makes and awesome high back booster when your child is old enough.

Same, except I have just two Radians. I would not buy a Frontier for a RFing child, and I wouldn't buy a Radian expecting to use it as a booster.

The Frontier 85 is going to cost less, and with YouTube showing me how to do the long belt path install, it's easy. If you get the 90, it's even simpler. I'm pretty sure it can be done one handed if you had to. That easy. But the Radian can be a pain in the butt.

Really? I got a great install rf & ff, in both the captains seat and the back bench.

This precisely.

Re: Frontier or Radian?

Radians do not make good boosters and they outgrow harnessed almost 3 inches shorter than the Frontier. LOVE Frontiers!!!!

If you are only gonna FF, then Frontier. The hype of the Radian is the long lasting rf.

Re: Frontier or Radian?

I no longer need to get another seat. He is just going to stay in his Marathon until he out grows it and then we will buy him a Frontier.
