Yuck. Talk about a commitment to try to avoid all those in the list! School lunches, cookouts, meals while on vacation.....

Most people don't know there are alternatives...Also not many people have access to a health food store to buy nitrite free meat. I see it in the local health food stores

For this reason I try not to worry about what I cannot control. I cannot afford organic foods on a regular basis. Also some of the items mentioned cannot be bought locally making them exorbitantly expensive. No way can we pay the price to have things shipped in.

Other things like over processed sugars, flours, and premade foods we need to cut back on.

I also agree. Cutting out soda and processed food is in my control. But when your only grocery store is Walmart, what can you do? Man, I love grapes

We cut out that list 5 years ago, with the exception of the dirty dozen. We still eat some conventional produce sometimes. It takes baby steps, and it's hard work, and it requires priority shifts, but you can do it.

Yuck. I'm glad we cut those out of our diet. I like stove top popcorn better than microwave anyways!
