S/O Weirdest places you've nursed?

Reminds me of a wonderful poem my friend Brooke shared with me...

Would you nurse her at the park?
Would you nurse him in the dark?
Would you nurse him with a boppy?
And when your boobs are feeling floppy?


I would nurse her in the park.

I'd nurse with or without a boppy.
Floppy boobs will never stop me.


Can you nurse with your seat belt on?
Can you nurse from dusk til dawn?
Though she may pinch me, bite me, pull,
I will nurse her til she's full.


Can you nurse and make some soup?
Can you nurse and feed the group?
It makes her healthy strong and smart,
Mommy's milk is the best start!


Would you nurse him at the game?
Would you nurse her in the rain?
In front of those who dare complain?

As for those who protest lactation,
I have a perfect explanation.
Mommy milk is tailor made
It's perfect food, you need no aid.


Some may scoff and some may wriggle,
Avert their eyes or even giggle.
To those who can be cruel and rude,
Remind them breast's the perfect food.


I would never scoff or giggle,
Roll my eyes or even wiggle!
I would never not be so crass or crude,
I KNOW that this milk's the perfect food!


We make the right amount we need,
The perfect temp for every feed.
There's no compare to milk from breast -
The perfect food, above the rest.


Those nursing smiles are oh so sweet,
Mommy milk is such a treat.
Human milk just can't be beat.



I will nurse, in any case,
On the street or in your face.
I will not let my baby cry,
I'll meet her needs, I'll always try.
It's not about what's good for you,
It's best for babies, through and through.


I will nurse her in my home,
I will nurse her when I roam.
Leave me be lads, leave me be ma'am,
I will nurse her, MOM I am!

I too will nip with no problem and can think of no place where I won't. I've done it walking through and while on rides at amusement parks,trains, buses, planes,boats,museums (indoor and walking museums) walking through stores, in restaurants while eating,(very discreetly)in church even. Hey, a baby's gotta eat. Where ever we are, that's where she'll eat!

Here's the catch: he was sitting in the cart! I thought my husband was gonna split a side! The carts there are really small/short, so it was perfect! I didn't have to stand on tiptoe or lean over (I'm short myself), and we were just walking around, me pushing the cart checking out the discount flannel! LOL! Oh, and there were like 5 other people in the whole store, customers & employees included. I don't think anyone actually saw us though, maybe just one guy caught a glimpse, but I don't think he realized what was going on. Thanks for letting me share!

OMG!!! I was laughing so hard that my husband just had to know too. I read it to him and he thought it was hilarious!! You go Mama!! I can just picture it....

My wierdest spot- not even close to this one- a bench in the restroom at Sundance Resort. (best I could think of)

I just nursed my boy on the merry-go-round while standing next to my daughter on her horse! Thank goodness he was in his sling, cause I was seriously getting motion sickness. I really wish I had a picture! I've nursed one or two of my kids for the last 5 1/2 years and we nurse ANYWHERE!

I nurse everywehre...We are leaving for a camping trip in about an hour so we shall see how the lil guy responds to tent, and campfire nursing!

I nursed him at the beach last week...that was prolly the most uncomfortable either of us have been!

lol both of my DD's loved/love nursing in the shower!
I don't have pics but I nursed my oldest 13 months and youngest is now 6 months

I have nursed in bathrooms (never again), restraunts, walmart, airplanes, malls, my front porch, playgroups, friends houses (I usually cover with a blanket but one day I forgot it and DD was hungry, and my friends Dh was uncomfy with that one, but didn't say a word) in church, in small group for church (where we're the youngest there and the rest are grandparent types )

my oldest while trying to get pics done, we would nurse while the lady set up
, camping, fishing, at the pool

I know we have a bunch more, nothing out of the ordinary though
