Cracking PUL

Has anybody else had any problems with swaddlebees or blueberry PUL cracking? Capri's are my favorite covers but the 2 I've had the longest (about a year and a half) have cracked PUL.

My Mood:
I've had cracking PUL in a BG. I attributed it to using borax in my wash. But I'm not really sure.

Re: Cracking PUL

I've had it happen to a bunch of my BG pockets that I've had about 18 months... I've only got 2 blueberry and they are fine. But they also don't get used as much.

I wish I knew why it was happening to any of my diapers. But I can't seem to figure out what would cause it suddenly.

Thirteen months into using Simplex (and a couple of blueberry covers) and (knock on wood) no wonky PUL or signs of wear at all! Other than the grease stain on the outside of one diaper from changing DD in the hatchback.

Re: Cracking PUL

I started with some cheaper off-brands but did have problems with covers leaking - tried it on hot in the drier for 40 min. Not sure if that fixed the problem but I had less leaks the next time. No science behind that - just a suggestion I got from others and there were nay-sayers for that as well just so you know.
