What Detergent and where??

It depends on my mood, lol. Right now, it's Purex f&c, sometimes it's Sun, for a long time it was all f&c, but it didn't get the diapers smelling clean, so we moved on. I get ours locally. I don't usually use different detergent on the diapers than on the rest of the laundry, although I do have some tide here for bad stains.. on clothes. I use the sun (the outside one in the sky, not the detergent, lol) to get rid of the diaper stains.

Sportwash (also from Walmart)
Bi-O-Kleen (from Whole Foods)
TTO, LO, Baking Soda

Sport-wash/Sensi-clean at www.atsko.com. It's residue free and it's the best stuff for pretreating stains on all my clothes too.

Charlie's Soap (Called WonderWash in Canada) - bought direct from Charlie's Canadian distributor JBR in ONtario. it is awesome.
As for stains... I always "pre-wash" my poopy dipes by running under sink with cold and gently rubbing the fabric so the brown is out. Some people hate doing that, but I figure I'm a mom and I have to be resigned to touching poopy and barfy for a while. I'd rather do that than swish it around the toilet bowl. If I ever buy myself a diaper spray, I won't need to do it in the sink anymore.

I was using Dreft and now I'm using Tide Free&Clear because that's all they have at the commissary. I just ordered some Charlie's Soap last night and got free shipping (they have a permanent sale to military addresses) and they took a little off my price too!
