Browning lots of ground beef?
Ok, it"s freezer cooking weekend so I am making a bunch of casseroles. I need to brown 14-15lbs of burger for these casseroles. Is there a way to do this in the oven?
We normally all meet at a church kitchen and have huge pans to use so frying up lots of burger isn't a big deal. But there is a funeral and we had to give up the big kitchen and we're all doing our stuff at home and meeting to exchange food. I don't have huge pans and it will take forever to brown that much burger so I'm trying to think of a faster way to do things.
