Personal Question

Last night I could not sleep! There were several factors, #1 heartburn woke me up several times, so I took Tums...that worked. #2 Our smoke detecters battery is dieing so it's beeping every 2 seconds, but it's the one over by dd room and I don't want to take the battery out just in case of a fire...it just started beeping yesterday, so I figured that it would still go off if there was a fire. So that's beeping every 30 seconds or so. And #3 there's just the plain ol' fact that I feel absolutely huge and uncomfortable.

So anyways, we've been up since 5:30 trying to find a battery that works. Well, obviously all batteries we have are about dead. So we're both laying in bed, wide awake. Well....why not do it? Right? It'll help him go back to sleep, it may help me go back to sleep. Well, when he went in me, I felt this incredible pressure/cramping in my lower belly, on both sides. How come? Once he pulled out I was fine..but he wasn't even very far in when it started cramping.

Also, we trying again a few minutes later and it was better. But how come it did that the first time? I've never felt anything like that before! Was the babys head in the way? What was going on?

Anyone?

Sorry if there was TMI...

Re: Personal Question

Hmmm I'm not sure. It's strange that the first time was like that and then the second time was fine.

Re: Personal Question

ive had something similar happen , usually happens when im uptight, stressed out , or really uncomfortable. maybe the baby was in a weird position and thats why you were feeling so uncomfortable to start with ?

You were probably having a contraction.

Re: Personal Question

I second the contraction. I did that when I had contractions and pleasure.
