Funded is a term to mean money already in there, but as long as you have the back up funding source, there's no difference. Credit card payments used to have different fees. That is no longer the case. All payments have the same fee as long as it's sent as goods (which is required here anyway) and sending as goods is what allows for printing the label, not the funding source
