Re: The same old thing...

meat rolls/biscuit dough rolled thin and spread with seasoned ground beef. Roll up, slice and bake. I serve with a white sauce over top.

Beef pot pie

Really I would suggest you go to allrecipes.com. You should find hundreds if not thousands of recipes that include beef.

Salisbury steak is typically a winner around here. We just use PW's recipe

Meatballs, rice and gravy?

Tomorrow I'm going to try something new. Meatball pockets with mozzarella. Kind of like calzones but smaller

Cottage pie. My family loves this!

Brown some beef with onion and a bit of salt and pepper. Spread in the bottom of a 9 x 9 pan. Layer a can of corn drained, followed by a can of tomato soup, 1/2 cup of salsa. Cover with mashed potatoes. You can use instant potatoes. Top with cheese and bake at 350 until the cheese melts.

Korean meatloaf from the Parents Need to Eat Too blog.

Alton Brown's gyro meat, we always use beef and here's our other trick: We bake it like a meatloaf the day before, refrigerate it overnight, then slice it and pan-fry it in olive oil so it's brown and crispy. We serve it with tzatziki sauce over rice.
