What is best?

So, DD will 1 at the end of next month. She has been mostly nursed but has has occasional formula d/t my struggling supply. I'm thinking I may wean at a year but am wondering what my best option for milk for her is after this? Regular? Almond? Soy? Goat?

Please help :-)

My Mood:
I vote organic goat or organic cow milk as long as your child tolerates it well. Almond/coconut/rice mik does not have sufficient caloric or fat content unless there is added sugar and soy is estrogenic.

Do you get the organic goat/cow in the regular dairy section?

It depends on the store, but often they are in a special organic/natural section.
