It's also fun and super quick to cook meatloaf in muffin tins for single serving meatloaf. They are also great for freezing and then you just take out as many as you need to thaw and reheat.

we will have to get a loaf pan. I got a muffin pan when i made the BBQ cups.

It tasted ok- Im not a fan of meatloaf though. DD,DS and DH liked it and i made DH take it to work today.
