How rotton of her! Sadly, you can't force her to accept the thing she purchased ...maybe she was having a slow day. Just politely explain to her one last time that you WILL ship it priority mail and would prefer to go ahead w/the transaction. hugs!

Well, PP only cares IF you mailed it. I always mention it to a Mama if I need something by a certain date. If it was bought w/i the week, I wouldn't refund just send priority. But, if it's more then a week, well yeah then that's a little late shipping. Just my

She must know that you can't mail in the middle of the night I would email her and politely explain that it will be going out tomorrow and you will send her the DC# when you return from the PO.

Eh. As long as you ship within 17-10 days I dont think you owe her a refund. If she wanted it by a certain date then she should have mentioned it and made sure that you could either ship it priority, or ship sooner BEFORE she purchased it. If you give her a refund because you could not ship when she wanted I think that deserves a neutral fb.

If you said you were going to ship at a certain time and did not then I think that is a bit different.

But, as a buyer she should have made sure that the shipping options were ok with her before she purchased it.

Afterall, you dont go to Amazon and purchase something and not look at the shipping days if you are needing it quickly.
