I am TTC. My AF shoul start on Sunday or Monday. Is it too early for me to test in the am? Also, which is better...the test strips(that I have bought by the thousands) or an actual store test. Thankx! ~Holly

I tested on a Friday afternoon when due for AF the following Mondayand got a bfp. I tried the test strips by the thousands....and no luck, I bought a fact Plus and it was a def positive!

I would go to www.peeonastick.com and buy a test that requires the lowest level of hormones. Some require50 units and others 25 or less.The less it requires, the chances are of getting a pos early.
BUT i have heard many of the sticks, that we all poas addicts love so much, have the lowest levelrequired. Like12or something... I dont know.

I tested 9 DPO with the cheap strips and got 8 positives.

I just tested today (probably 9 dpo) and got maybe a BFP on a internet strip test. It was so light, that I'm not calling it a BFP. I will retest in a few days.

I took a CBE digital two weeks ago Monday, BFN, then Wed and got BFP!

AF was due Fri. As PP said, it depends on the test's measurements and how much hormone your body produces. I go digital because I'll find a line on any test! lol.
