DD rolled back to belly... No more swaddling??

Ack! It finally happened! She ruled back to belly a bunch of times last night while cosleeping (I woke up each time)!

So no more swaddling... Any tips?? She has been sleeping so well swaddled and now she's 7.5 months! Is this gonna be a rough transition??

Thx!

I know people say not to bUt I put pillows under arm Areas to help keep still. Or is a changing time and you might have to just deal with the rolling over as it is a part of life.

We did use a blanket to tuck in my seCond and she was good on tummy.

Can your dd get from her belly to her back again if she turns herself over? If not I personaly would do away with the swaddle, as well as any thick tfluffy blankets and pillows she can smother in. For my comfort level I kept stuff like that out of the babies crib until she could roll back over if she got uncomfortable or couldn't breathe. Then I was okay if she had a loose blanket she can get away from. Around 10 months I think it was.

She needs her arms if she's rolling around. But on her tummy is fine so there isn't any need for you to keep putting her on her back if you are worried about that.
