help with teaching how to find the height of a triangle.

My son seems to be having a hard time understanding how to find the height of a triangle. Do you have any method you use, or do you know any good video or interactive website that teaches this?

He's playing with math is fun interactive page for triangles right now. I'm going to try couple more methods I can think of to help him comprehend if that does not work, I'll need to try something else.
