Where did my fsot thread go?

If you are missing a fsot advert, chances are it was removed for having multiple threads. Please note we only allow 1 thread per forum category.

Your duplicate threads are still availible for reference under sold/traded/gone.

You need to combine all items for sale into one thread. You can either add these items to your existing thread. Or mark your current thread for deletion and start a new one.

To ensure your sold items are properly removed you must either report the thread or add the word delete to your OP or as a comment. Title changes or writing sold do not properly identify threads to the mod team and may result in your threads being removed as multiples.

Thanks

Re: Where did my fsot thread go?

We dont move threads for lack of movement. If a thread is say beyond the 60 days old, and only bumped up my people asking about it and the seller is not responding and has not since the op more then 60 days ago I do move it. Otherwise all threads over 60 days and 30 days in IHA/ISO, or when sellers have multiple listings in one category.

And of course if a post is not permitted such as someone posting in wahm without the wahm badge, ect.

But when we do move multiple threads we generally move the oldest or ones with the least responses, but they are only being moved due to multiple threads, no because of a lack of participation on the thread.

I understand having one thread. However, when you cannot edit the original title to add to the post it makes selling very difficult. What happens a day or so later when you want to sell a similar item in the same forum? What is the solution to this?

You cannot even edit the title to say an item is sold.

Report the outdated thread for removal and create a new one with the additional information.

Re: Where did my fsot thread go?

You can edit the sub title or you can have a mod change the title on the main page that everyone sees. You can do this by either reporting the thread and say you would like the title to say this or pm a mod and they will change it. We normally get these done pretty quickly.

When you want a thread deleted so you can do a new one all you need to do is put delete in your post (can be either the first post our your last post) miss go through the threads at least once a week and search for delete and then move those threads.

If you want it gone quicker you can report the thread and we will move it that day
