Leg Holes Not Tight Enough
Hello, Im new here as well as to cloth diapering. My son is 7 wks old and pretty skinny, especially in the arms and legs department. I have some fitted diapers on order (hopefully be here next week) and I was curious if there are any suggestions to make sure or help keep the leg holes closed well enough. I have one diaper Im trying and it fit well around the belly but we had to pull it relatively tight to keep the leg holes closed. Anything I can do to help that or not? TIA

Re: Leg Holes Not Tight Enough
I had this same problem with my son! Oh, he was SUPER long and skinny when he was teeny, LOL (still is!) The only thing that worked for us was prefolds and Prorap covers until he was about 2 1/2-3 months old, then things started fitting him better. My advice would probably be to try that out and see how it works out for you. We ended up trying so many diapers that didn't fit his thighs (he still has 9" thighs @14 months) and always went back to the prefolds and Proraps for the fit, all the other diapers seemed to have more "blowouts" out the leg holes.
