I got some free cream cheese.........

But don't know what to do with it!

I was given 3 packages of cream cheese, it was frozen but my daughter put it away in the fridge so it thawed and I need to use it today or tomorrow. I'll need to use it in something that is cooked because it is not creamy anymore - I can't make dip or anything like that. And I don't have any sweetener in the house except honey so no cheese cake. It doesn't spread so I can't put it on sandwiches.

What can I do with it? Anyone have a pasta recipe?

I'm clueless!
