Funny...I made a similar post when I started CDing, but couldn't really find them any cheaper, so I learned to make my own.

I have one mod print you might like. I make a similar style to what you mentioned--PUL inner, cotton print outer, zipper...and a swatch of sewn-in hemp for EO (I think Wahmies' hemp is separate--don't know if that matters to you.)
The print I'm thinking of is brown, cream and pink w/ creme PUL inner (pink zipper)--price depends on which size you needed (regular vs. day-long) but is a bit less than you mentioned. PM if interested. See the fabric below (I make them custom, so you're viewing the fabric and coordinating zipper there...)
