Angry Re: 25 ways to reduce your water bill

Our water bill is always the same amount each month. No matter what I do, it doesn't go down. I think they just bill the same amount if you are under a certain usage. Our garbage is included in the price. I still think it is high in this town. In my hometown my water bill (with trash service) was around $20 a month. Now I pay $50 a month for water and trash in this town. Grrrrr.

Re: 25 ways to reduce your water bill

Great tips!!

When the kids kiddy pool gets yucky I don't let them (most DH) dump it out. I give the kids a cup and have them scoop it into a bucket so I can use to water the garden on dry days.

Another tip - if you use a dehumidifier, use it to collect water for plants, fish tanks, cleaning purposes, etc.
